I’m always told just don’t do behind the neck shoulder press. Not worth it. Just do regular.

I’m sure collectively we could all come up with a workout…

If you aren’t seeing improvements with what you’ve been doing or by dropping the weight/more reps then might consider looking at other shoulder exercises to see if you aren’t working the menial or posterior delts enough while overworking the front/anterior. 🤷🏽‍♂️ *shrugs*
