Stuck between a rock and a hard place. MS makes me heat intolerant, but the only thing helping my bad back is a hot water bottle. Helps my back but makes me feel sick and weak. Can't bloody win

Thankfully no, only about 6 months but in that time I had 2 relapses unfortunately.

Me too, I feel really lucky I had a very pushy GP that wasn't going to take no for an answer and pushed for an MRI. Diagnosed in 2018
