Here's mine a year+ on. I'm prone to keloid scarring so it's not too bad all things considered. Just gnarly in the bendy part! Looks like yours will be better than mine!

The only reason I got through knee surgery sleeping is because I had had my chest cracked a few years before and had to get used to sleeping on my back for that. Sleeping just sucks. Lots of pillows on either side so I wouldn’t move accidentally. I hope you find a way to get comfortable!
