Magic can do anything the writer wishes and requires no explanation by default. Clowns wouldn’t even have to be a concept and then through magic they can just suddenly exist.

I especially like when you’re experimental with your style, be it in nose shapes, outfits, makeup, hair, and so on. The Smash Ult linearts are great at displaying that too.

Maybe it’s because the watercolor brings a unique flavor to your usual style. Maybe it’s because the subject is captured in a rare moment of being rather than striking a pose, performing an act, or hypnotizing/being hypnotized. Either way, it’s different and that’s not bad.

When they pan to the Chao in the crowd before the race starts, in the middle is a Chao in a chinese zombie outfit. The Chao has white face paint and red dots around the mouth, so it’s not like that’s Hsien-ko.

Blue-Red. Blue’s whole thing is control but there’s one red card, Goblin Welder, that pairs well with Mindslaver, an artifact card that lets you take over the other player, as in you see their hand and play their turn.

Now to just figure out how to get that hat. Speaking of, there’s a bug in this update (and it’s not Beetle). After getting some of the new hats, the Capped Crusader cat-chievement reset; it now reads (Current hat count - 42)/42 and is no longer marked as complete.

Ooooooh, so that’s how you’re meant to snag them. I managed to get one without the hat and was convinced that they’re just really difficult to snag otherwise.

I like the more traditional spherical red and pink noses too. That said, there’s a whole world of clowns out there with their own noses, makeups, and outfits; and variety is the spice of life or so it’s said. It’s fun to experiment, and it’s not as though the tried and true are going anywhere.
