Today, we celebrated the grand opening of our new Verbund site in Zhanjiang, southern China. Spanning around four square kilometers, it marks a major step in China’s chemical sector. “Zhanjiang shows the future of chemistry: efficient, digital, and sustainable,” said Markus Kamieth, CEO of BASF.
