lol, true, after all if they had the same interests they'd come into contact with other men like them, or they'd never have alone time... or some other bullshit, I dunno.
I was so shit at being a guy that I transitioned and I still got a girlfriend so 🤷♀️.

I reviewed Hades II. Its only significant drawback is that Hades came out first, which really isn't a problem considering it's just as good as one of the most impressive games ever made.

Misery is one of the very few films that disturbed me. I have no idea how that qualifies in any way as cozy (I mean I guess it's in a little cabin in the middle of nowhere, but not in a cozy way).
Oh my, why didn't anyone predict this would happen.
(that's sarcasm btw, everyone predicted this would happen, and why VPN had a massive uptick so people could avoid this).
Yes, I used the gender neutral version of my middle name (Alex) as my primary name while I was figuring things out, so I just feminised the long-form version (now Alexandra) and kept it as a homage to it's service in my transition when I legally changed name.
I love this.
‘When Polanski countered that defining gender is "not the Supreme Court’s job," Morgan interrupted: "To lay down the law of the land. So you know more than the Supreme Court?"
Standing his ground, Polanski claimed: "Yes actually, in this case yes I do.”’
This is an amazing defence of trans people against one of the country’s worst transphobic bigots by @zackpolanski.bsky.social
As Wes Streeting comments to condemn some vandalism by trans activists has he said anything about this?
I mean, it definitely seems like a reasonable change of heart there..
I've tracked death by suicide of Trans youth in the UK since 2017. Leia's is the 25 death of Trans youth age 18 & under.
- Feb 2017 to November 2020 9 deaths.
Following Bell v Tavi (Dec 2020) & removal of access to healthcare
- December 2020 to June 2024 16 deaths.
Our Government is culpable.
Many folks I know my age and older who are gay have had to deal with the reality of living illegally or at least viewed with suspicion, and younger people have seen the news and statistics of reporting issues to the police it's hardly surprising that the LGBTQ+ community as a rule are leery.
I've never had any issues with the police (I mean except being arrested, but I had committed a crime and they were all very professional with my teen self), but as a trans person I'd be reluctant to deal with the police except under fairly extreme circumstances, and think hard about it even then...
This is likely a *direct* result of the Labours attacks on trans healthcare.
Streeting should be sacked, and both he and Cass should face criminal proceedings for manslaughter at a minimum.
I can only imagine the stress of the tip economy. I've seen wait staff break down in the UK from the stress of the environment, and that's a situation where they get paid a living wage without having to rely on tips.
Real burgers must come from Hamburg, otherwise they're just patties for insertion between two slices of bread 🤣
I mean, does burger even refer to the meat, or does it refer to the assemblage of meat + bread? Maybe none of them should be sold as burgers...
Today is a day when arts degrees are worthless, but the product of those degrees is so valuable it would kill an entire industry if they were made to pay for it.
Feels like he's actively trying to provoke a civil war. But what do I know I'm British...
I mean I'm in the UK, so maybe our back patio is smaller than others, but we have no soil, so everything would have to be in containers anyway.
I've pretty much always called them windmills. I've never really thought about the mill part not being relevant until now 🤣.
Not to mention folks in cities/apartments who might not even have any growing space to begin with.
While I'm happy for people to supplement their diets with home grown stuff, it's very hard for anyone to subsist entirely on stuff grown in their own gardens...
I love reading, but it's dangerous because I'll get too into it and suddenly it's 4 in the morning and I have to be up for work in 3 hours...
happy sigourney weaver pumpkin photoshoot day to all who celebrate
Boy did I need these photos today

They're gorgeous, and I wish I had the money to get something. ❤️
Wow. I wonder if Dale was the one who came up with the famous SUPERMAN (1978) tagline, "You'll believe a man can fly." I wouldn't be surprised. What a life

despite society’s best efforts to make me feel worthless and wrong, i am still here, still fighting, still designing clothes i believe in, still full of love and care, still determined to make the world around me just a little bit better than it would be without me.
