I’m Masuke, aged 17. Realising that my legs were feeling better, I started running. How did he know?

I’m Masuke, 17 years old. My usual route was closed for roadworks this morning, so I took a different route. I overslept a bit.

I’m Masuke, 17 years old. I’m feeling great again this morning! I had a health check-up yesterday and was advised to do some exercise, so I went for a slightly longer walk this morning.

The health check-up is over!
It seems my right kidney isn’t functioning properly. There was also some atrophy in my hind legs. Given my age, it’s to be expected that there might be some issues. I’ll do my best to help ensure I live a long life.

There were loads of insects, which took me a bit by surprise. They’re still going strong this morning!

It's raining today. The cherry blossoms are still in bloom. I find white noise very soothing, so I'm absolutely thrilled it's raining!

Of course! Since I’ve stayed at this ryokan many times before, I’m going to enjoy my first time experiencing rain there.

I’m going on a trip with my mum tomorrow. It’s pouring with rain. I suppose God is telling us to take it easy.

The date was chosen as 4 April because the Dachshund belongs to Group 4 of the dog breed classifications established by the Fédération Cynologique Internationale (FCI), and its profile resembles the number 4. The date also embodies the wish that the day will be filled with joy (4) and happiness (4).
