If you want someone to show you around or help with anything, then don't hesitate to ask me, any other Resonite Mentor or really any Resonite user. A good place to get into contact with the community is the discord. You can also use @mentor there to ask the volunteers for help.

I also massively appreciate that Resonite doesn't force you into a predetermined experience. Often if something annoys me I can either just edit it inside of Resonite Or install a mod that changes it. For example the Main menu is fully customizable. You can move around Fecets,...
I've found a lot of people in Resonite that I'd consider to be friends now. I often just open Resonite after work and see what others are working on or just hang out....
But is also not just like technical stuff. The community is realy awesome. I've played Resonite for about 1400 hours now and only had to block like 2 people in that time. In my 60 or so hours in VRChat I had to block atleast a dozen people for being a general nusence and being disrespectful...
The joy that comes from learning something cool and being helpd with avatar setup is always a highlight for me. ...
I learn something new. Heack I've spoken to nuclear engineers and scientists about thair work and in return helped the with ProtoFlux (the in engine Visual Scripting language).
I also found that I like teaching and helping people. I often join new users and help them get situated....
Resonite makes it realy easy to make and adjust things. If anything on my avatar annoys me: Quickly take out a dev tool and fix it. Then continue socializing.
Also love the aspect of learning that Resonite fosters (That's one of the main goals to facilitate learning). Everytime I'm on Resonite...

Funnily enough some of the mentors have been working on something like that. Its a ingame bot/figure/interface things called Lizzy. Users that need help can input a query, category and language and participating mentors will be matched to that request based on skills and language.

Finished printing the #Resonite logo.
Took a bit of finagling to print on my #Anycubic Kobra GO... Partially due to this filament being so brittle that the skirts kept ripping of the built plate... Would have been way easier to print big side down but this way I got a clean (ish) finish on outside.
I should make myself a facet that notifies me if a world with "help" in the name is opened lol

I for my part had a mentor show me around some day 1 and appreciateed it massively. That's wy I decided to also become a mentor. Though ofcourse mentors do not have a monopoly on helping others. Anyone else can and propoably will also help

Not shure what im looking at there. But even if you can significantly overclock a switch1. You wouldn't really want to do that. That will hurt battery life massively. (And using this docked is kinda useless imo if you own a pc)
the switch 1's basically all have the same processor.
the newer ones have a slightly newer one that is Downclocked for power efficiency. You can propoably reset the clockrate of newer models. but I'd not expect much of a difference
jeah. Philips gets you better grip and is less likely to strip the screw head as a result.
Philips also is more or less self aligning which helps assembly machines but also when diassembling and you need to unscrew a screw that is in a deep hole.

Jeah perf would propoably be an issue. Modern GPU's do optimizations for Stereo rendering, so that they don't have to render everything twice.
But idk if that would work here... Is the GPU still just rendering triangles or is it rendering differently?
I think this would be extremely cool to expirience in VR!
Though idk how feasible that would be...
Made a little camera to take uniform pictures of avatars.
Selectively renders only the avatar and adds a nice gradient background behind it. Color is chosen by 1 color picker. That color gets hue shifted a bit up and down to get the 2 colors.
