i'm not that courageous in that aspect. i wouldn't care much about the fallout from it, nor the way i am viewed on socmed. but i think i'm more upset that these folk are coddled because they are generally respected creators and don't get called out on their insecurities that do affect other people.

...i was never really 'welcomed'. and it's weird that it happened twice and it's weird that i've found out about it twice with folk that i thought i had things in common with. but it is seen as 'encroaching' on another's property, as though an idea is property. and i cannot even say something.

all i can say is that i am consistently excited to try and make connections with people that have a preconceived notion of my character and my intentions — which those notions are made to make me seem malicious. and it explains why despite being invited in close proximity to these spaces >
