1000% agree. I feel you have the same issue if you lean too far into async work. I was recently told by a VP at a well-known tech company about the flawed hypothesis around async work: it assumes workers have time to read all the documentation generated. Sometime you just need a conversation.
I might need you to show me how you transcribed all those podcast episodes. I’ve done 100s of interviews on different podcasts and it would be awesome to have my own transcripts
