The second I saw there was a Vulcan among them I was like 'I hope we at least see some green blood' and we did!!

profile for Ensign Borvik which reads "Rejected from Vulcan Science Academy, settled for Starfleet. Questions authority. Chose Security to place himself in the upper tier of intelligence among his peers." It also lists him as being 31 years old.
I highly recommend the red shirts comic it made me so damn sad and also appropriately grossed out
Scrap book of Ensign Borvik's death (from star trek red shirts comic)
Vedek Teero (who has kidnapped and strapped Tuvok to a table in some sort of underground lab) presses a sparking tool against his head which causes the Vulcan to wince in pain. Teero is then shown cradling Tuvok's head and staring into the Vulcan's eyes as he speaks to him. Tuvok is expressionless though his eyes narrow as the man draws uncomfortably close.

someone PLEASE save my princess he's like a fly trap for the criminally perverted
80% of the time when I'm bored and stuck with a project I have the realization that I need to get weirder with it and suddenly I have a breakthrough. You'd think I'd just remember but no. Weeks of agony.
Illustration of an excerpt from the novel 'Pathways' where Tuvok is describing how satisfying he finds running track during his academy days. He is illustrated tying his shoes on the bleachers, wearing a red tank top and dolphin shorts. His hair is tied back in a bun and he appears to be glancing at something offscreen, distracted.
Older art that I remembered - he apparently ran track!
Illustrations of excerpts from the star trek novel 'Pathways' A young adult Tuvok (he is 20 years old here) turns to his father in an attempt to get his support when his mother seems intent on shipping him to Starfleet. His father looks away guiltily, his son's plea stabbing him. Tuvok, panicking, asserts that "Terra is a barbarous place and Humans are intemperate and ungainly. Surely it is deleterious to spend time in such an undisciplined environment." He thinks of Humans, a gaggle of shrieking open-mouthed beings...sloppy and incomprehensible...ruled by emotion... Another illustration is Tuvok looking upset or suspicious. He is in a cadet's uniform and holding his bag as close to him as possible. His makeup is heavier than it usually is.
Tuvok from the novel Pathways is so cute in that he's incredibly annoying in a way I find endearing...snob brat <3
mccoy sitting on a fancy chair and holding a stem of grapes, modeling for spock’s painting. spock is standing in front of an easel and painting just the grapes.
spocks working on his life painting skills..

These were literally my favorite chips as a child so I am firmly in the glass house v_v
His delicate constitution....<3 Mr. Stomachache /affectionate
Kirk tries to argue that the saltiness is the best part but then Mccoy goes "You know Jim..." in his 'I'm about to give you medical advice' tone and a very different battle must be fought
Tuvok's kids try to convince him that chips can be healthy by showing him something like this and he says they should just eat vegetables.
Tuvok has never had chips...Spock tried A chip once after much cajoling and expressionlessly denounced it...T'Pol did the same thing but actually likes chips and so eats them behind everyone's back until she gets old enough not to care.
He doesn't actually retain any of this knowledge, but I do love this animal creature that'll just hit you with the telepathic beam of infinite knowledge and promptly fuck off. Gotta love Vulcan <3
Gingerly, he came to his hands and knees, looking upward, searching for an answer to his latest mystery. He saw only d
Tuvok is in the desert near Mount Seleya on a religious pilgrimage and gets all knowledge of the universe beamed into his head by a creature called Tcha'besheh/The Underlier/ A'kweth. It hides beneath the sands and is large enough to cause earthquakes and block out the moon.
A new freaky ass Vulcan animal creature has been revealed to me through this novel. Wonderful <3
In this book literally everyone in his life except his 5 year old daughter is like Tuvok PLEASE do NOT make this journey to Mount Seleya on foot, take a transport it's a DEATH SENTENCE otherwise you will DIE you're gonna DIE and he's like "But I must." and does it anyway. He lives but dear lord.
"Come," [Tuvok] said and led [his children] into the long gallery that ran from the formal rooms of their home into the living quarters. They lived on the periphery of the desert, as close as a habitat could be erected, for Tuvok was most at home near the vast expanse of red sand. He never tired of gazing into its Promethean depths, an occupation he found tranquilizing. Now he paused before the great windows of the gallery and turned to his sons. "Look to the desert," he intoned. "The sight will help to quiet your minds." The boys gazed obediently toward the great flatness, beyond which mountains loomed darkly in the distance. Seleya was beyond them. Tuvok had never seen the sacred mountain, never made the pilgrimmage that was so cherished by Vulcans. Someday, he would go there and see the black shape that erupted from the desert floor, climb the ten thousands steps that had been carved in its stone, imbue himself with the power and mysticism of this most holy place. "I want to see Mother," Varith muttered fretfully, and Tuvok drew a breath which some might deem a sigh. This child was taxing.
There are some little things in canon (most notably his family journeying to one of the holiest temples on Vulcan to ask the priests there to pray for him) but 'Pathways' has sections from his POV that imply he's very devout and they intrigue me to no end. Also, very dad thing to do.
Tuvok and his oblique Vulcan religion drive me fucking crazy /positive /PLEASEEXPLOREIT....I WANNAKNOWMORE
K'Tyll and Stonn sharing a speech bubble, saying "Break Up."
I just know K'Tyll and Stonn want her to leave his ass sooo bad.
In the same episode where this one scene non-character expresses all this reverence for and belief in T'Pring/her work her actual fiance (in her body) says "Yeah I'm sure I'm great at this or whatever" and PUNCHES the prisoner she's supposed to be peacefully talking into going with her. Wild shit.
...If not for us, who else will help them back to the path of logic? Only you can do this, T'Pring."
Like she has 1 scene EVER and she shows more respect for, understanding of, and investment in T'Pring than Spock ever does. It's insane. Stonn has 0 lines but he can still be here bc I like him.
The way K'Tyll says "T'Pring, we need you. No other Vulcan could pull this off. I know how important this time is for you and Spock so I won't ask you to make that sacrifice but I will reiterate our mission as you have always explained it..."
New throuple just dropped exclusively in my beautiful mind: SNW T'Pring, K'Tyll, and Stonn.

Love the Titan crew but I don't want to draw Riker. Such is life.

Portion of a larger piece, unseen. Tuvok's face appears next to two items of his breakfast: Tea and rice. Vorik's face in turn appears next to one item of his own breakfast: A concoction labeled 'coffee' though all the viewer can see is a gigantic swirl of whipped cream oozing over the side of the cup.
