I get that they are a sister city and all... but isn't a mayor's job 100% focused on domestic issues?

I'm getting flashbacks to Eric Adams and I'm really hoping China won't be Lurie's Turkey.

So a negative tax rate means they got more in tax breaks than they paid? If so, in what world is it fair or logical for a business to pay less than an individual?

Like I'm a home business and I am still paying taxes.

Is it a carbon tax on all of us? Or is this his stupidity tax that we're all paying?

Will workers also be assigned a kitty, or is that lady in the stock photo special?

Trump signs order fast tracking review of psychedelics for mental health disorders President endorses psilocybin and ibogaine: "Can I have some, please?"

Interesting timing to see this executive order signed right before #BicycleDay (4/19), the anniversary of the first LSD trip in history when Albert Hofmann accidentally dosed himself with #LSD before heading home from the lab on his bicycle and had the most memorable ride of his life.

If people are this dumb do they even deserve a Darwin Award for it?

Definitely the best at drinking. Kash drank so hard they had to break his door down to get him awake.

There's drunk, then there's "call the FBI to break my door down" drunk.

This would appear to be where they stand on it.

I remember taking an astronomy class in 06ish and hearing about this potentially world ending asteroid... I'm glad it's unlikely to destroy us in 2029.

This may be the most corrosive and subversive harm of the Trump administration.

I'd ask, "where's the Supreme Court?" But this is the Court that said it was totally fine for a school coach to vigorously pray with his team, a clear violation of the separation of church and state.

Frankly, I'd be pretty worried about SCOTUS getting a case about this and how they would rule.

They tried to tell you that birds are a government psyop, but you didn't believe them.

It looks like they were right, at least about Geese.

This is why I'm inherently skeptical of anything that does well on the algorithm, it's so painfully easy to fake it using bots, burners, and other borderline fraudulent methods, that technically aren't illegal but likely would be if these were actual businesses faking customers for profit.

You can definitely fault them.

If a restaurant paid people to line up their first day to make them seem very popular and good, but the food was just okay, while that technically is not fraud on its own, it feels very fraud adjacent.

It sucks that Eric Swalwell had to be a Dem Tony Gonzales.

So much for gaining a seat.

EVERYONE SHOULD BE TALKING ABOUT THIS:

Conflict of interest doesn’t even begin to cover it.

Chad Bianco really seized over 650,000 ballots based on conspiracy theories that don’t even hold up to basic scrutiny. No credible fraud. No real discrepancy.

I'm an advocate of tines, spoon-heads, and butter knife blades up and sharp knife blades down for safety.

As the one who usually empties the dish rack it's handy to be able to grab one type of utensil at a time to maximize efficiency.

Sweet, so more wasted electricity, which in the US a majority is still coming from natural gas or coal.

Don't get me started on the lithium supply chain...

Hopefully we both agree there is always a cost to driving so less driving is better. Sometimes that means using a larger car for less trips.

Keyboard warriors and even many veteran protestors sometimes do not understand effective tactics.

I remember being at Occupy Santa Cruz when some of the more radical folks decided to split off from the park we were in to go occupy a closed bank...which got the entire protest shut down.

Geniuses.
