It was actually super easy! I like having roasted veggies for sides so I can focus on the protein portion. Just season them and throw it on a tray and into the oven! The butter reduction came together quickly as well because the pan was so hot from the steaks, it took like less than a minute. :)

Oh and the rosemary was fresh from the garden 😛
