Agree, except & please know I am an expert on the topic...there is no "Einstein visa." No degree required for EB1. I've done them for other models, artists, entertainers, etc. I don't know her case & maybe she shouldn't have been approved. But the term "Einstein" irks me bc it's not accurate.
