While AI search has its uses, blue links are not likely to go away.
Especially when people can use the programmable search engine feature by Google to bring back the original 10 blue links.
For example:

The mobile chrome search engine selection shows "Search Query Aggregator" by search.kheiden.com, which lets users configure their own fully custom search engine. This lets users type in the omnibar and directly sends them to their engine of choice.
Custom defined search engines on mobile Chrome is now possible.
I was frustrated with the lack of parity between mobile Chrome and desktop. Using my expertise in web technology, I built a solution.

I've found that a static website deployed on a multi-region bucket behind Cloudflare is pennies per month.
If you need dynamic client-server interaction, you can define Cloudflare workers at specific routes.
In gmail, blue check marks and business logos are shown by many top companies, but Google's is missing.

For additional fun, try using a combination of signed in accounts, web browsers, search engines, subdomains, and top level domains!
