I have close friends and family who’ve worked hard in the private sector. All to end up fired as soon as a bigger company acquires theirs. The owners walk away with millions while the workers get ‘restructured’.

Meanwhile my union has delivered me protections and time with my family.

Why do you appreciate unions?

You need 8 out of 2D6 to succeed. So you spend a great deal of time trying to get though challenges knowing your character will suck at most of it.

So much time is spent avoiding TPK. No charging in blasting.
