Core development has slowed somewhat due to external circumstances.

Primary focus has temporarily moved to finalizing branding.

We're also attempting to find a hosting provider that can meet our needs.

myself (and thus teamARYA) worked with Wendy to get a logo for Project ZZZ (soon, my friends.), and lemme tell you she's absolutely PHENOMENAL. in every single aspect. I cannot recommend her enough if you need any sort of graphic design.

SPEAKING OF LIGHTNING SENSORS. does anyone happen to know of one that:
- can integrate with Home Assistant without being forced to use an external server (preferably w/o a dongle?)
- sends an event IMMEDIATELY upon detection of a lightning strike, not after 79 seconds
- is semi-affordable

Lightning & Thunderstorms - World Map Blitzortung.org provides lightning and thunderstorm information in real-time on maps for USA, United Kingdom, Australia, new Zealand, Europa, Africa, Asia and other Countries.

shoutout blitzortung.org and its Home Assistant integration for being able to tell my smart plugs to shut off WELL in advance of any strikes, hopefully that keeps my stuff from getting obliterated in the event of a power surge...?? either way I have a dedicated lightning sensor juuuuuust in case lol

if you're curious why I've been interacting so heavily with #weather / #wx bsky lately, it's because I'm in (or close to) the epicenter of the ongoing severe weather spell. not fun times, but I'm making the most of it and trying to finagle my place into mitigating hypothetical power surge threats!

I will say that I prefer the colors on the legacy outlooks, with the labels also present being a nice plus - the conditional hatching is MASSIVE though, and I hope part of it extends into the main outlooks
