Nap helped. I got to see my boyfriend again in the evening. He may be able to come home tomorrow afternoon, we’ll see. I’d rather he stay at the hospital if he’s in lots of pain though as they have what’s needed to take care of him.

Finally got to see him and all the tension and adrenaline or whatever left my body and now I’m so so so exhausted 🫠. So I’m going to go him and nap before coming back in the evening.

Out of the OR now! Feeling some relief at knowing surgery went well. Still another couple of hours before I can see him though. He’s in a special anesthesia recovery room. Gods this is so stressful.

He’s in the OR and I am so so so nervous. I don’t think I can properly relax until he’s out and I get to see him again 😵‍💫.

That’s true. It just seems odd to use two of them and then the rest exactly once. I normally would have tried to tell them to mit more but stress was too high. I’ve learned my lesson, no leveling roulettes to relax 😂🫠.

At the hospital. Boyfriend is checking in for surgery. He’s scheduled to be operated at 7:30. I am NERVOUS.

I had a paladin who used Sheltron like...once per pull + boss and then divine veil once per pull. And then every other mit available in Doma Castle once. Just once. For the whole dungeon. I'm so confused. ⬇️

Is there a reason why a paladin would use every mit in their toolkit but only once each throughout an entire dungeon?? Is it possible for someone to think that mits can only be used once each per duty??? ⬇️

I’m very much looking forward to this!! I remember enjoying doing it MINE with my friend group, so doing it again at level 100 will be really cool!! Wondering if I should try it on healer or just stick to DPS since I was an Astro when I did it MINE…

I know for a fact I only finished Endwalker patch content like a week before Dawntrail released. Which means that although it took me about 4 years to get through ARR to Endwalker, I was apparently in ARR for half that time. Which is kind of both hilarious and sad 😂.

Anyways, I love FFXIV ❤️.

And that’s it for milestones for now. I haven’t checked the dates/downloaded the images for the other expansions off my PS5 yet. I just thought it would be neat to share. Thank you so much if you read this whole long ass thread.

Then on July 12 2023 I finished Stormblood base story with patch content wrapping up soon after on 27 2023. Holy cow. I went faaast there!! I really loved Stormblood! I know it’s uncommon, but I enjoyed the story beats and loved the maps and music.

And then June 1st of 2023 I finished Heavensward patch content. Also decently quick. I know I really got hit emotionally at many moments in Heavensward. Probably more so than any other expansion.

I apparently blitzed Heavensward base MSQ though. Finished it on March 3 of 2023 based on the date of this screenshot. I must have been really absorbed into the story even though I don’t remember being that into it.

It looks like January 31st of 2023 I finished ARR patch content. So almost a year for that as well. Took a long time because I was doing every single yellow side quest. Are they worth it? No. But I enjoyed doing them. I was also leveling crafters and gatherers a bunch.

That’s still at least a year to finish ARR. Not because I wasn’t enjoying myself though. It’s just I was playing solo until pretty much end of 2021/start of 2022 I think. And I was terrified of doing a dungeon with strangers lmao. So I didn’t really make proper progress until 2022 I think.

Although, mind you I stopped playing when Endwalker released because the time it took to queue into the game was way too long. And based on my screenshots there may have been a half a year to almost year long break between September of 2020 and and July of 2022.

Did something bad happen?? I haven’t kept up with space stuff other than what shows up on my following feed.

The website mentions a message from an ally and then shows void enemies and my brain is going “OMG is Zero coming back?!?!”.

Gods I HATE it when my brain does this to me!!

I would drop games right as I got close to finishing them because I would be scared that once I finished there’d be nothing left and I’d feel empty and sad. Thankfully I realized that’s ridiculous and broke myself out of that. Now when I don’t finish a game it’s cause some other shiny distracted me.
