I agree. The funny thing is, since I got in touch with them this morning I got an email from them headed 'payment success'. I thought, they've sorted that out quickly. When I opened it, they'd taken the money off me for the PSV game 😅

I've had the same problem. I contacted the ticket office about it this morning. I was told that they were aware of issues with payments for this game, and that I would get an email from them in a few days time.
