I'm so sorry for my lack of interactions. My life turned busy with writing, caring for us, and a new beardie that found his or her way into our hearts.

Well, a recent update on my Dell Laptop caused it to die. Everything - books were saved on my google docs. So, I didn't lose them. However, I cannot recover or reset the laptop. Despite booting it to USB and a recovery tool.

Articles stated that the SSD drive and HDD are no longer recognized.
