I’ve considered a dwarf lemon tree but we have too much partial shade.

Both our apple trees perished. Between the deer and the poor planing (we got the wrong type for cross pollination) they didn’t make it.

One of the weirdest things about Bluesky is the blocking. I’m notified I’m blocked but never know why. I assume someone has blocked a whole list I happen to be on.

If you enjoy co-op play and superhero lore, I can’t recommend Sentinels of the Multiverse enough. Such a fun game!

I hate how the Supreme Court is gutting so many fundamental rights. At the same time, I’m angry at Congress because those rights exist due to clever interpretations of existing law. They should be enshrined in explicitly written law. The Democrats spent too long relying on SCOTUS to do the job.

The “why does anyone actually live on Gotham” approach. I wanted Midsomer to end with Jessica Fletcher visiting for a book signing. Her murder curse mixing with the county’s means, by the end of the episode, someone would have wiped out a whole village.

If I ever visit an English village and am told a local elder is quite interested in murder mysteries, I am noping the hell out of there immediately. I value my life and don’t want to be arrested on suspicion of murder.

I think I’ve horrified at least two editors in doing so.

TTRPG writers writing “in character” tend to be neurodivergent in style. Interrupting thoughts with thoughts. I’ve started putting spaces before & after “interrupting dashes” so they’re more obviously a choice and not the AI-generated stuff LLM-hunters insist is proof of electronic brain collusion.

This year will be my first trip to Origins. Looking forward to it! Let me know if you have any survival tips or need me for a panel or such.

I don’t know if anyone who worked on Saints Row (2022) will see this, but if you do, please know I’m enjoying the game. The gameplay and the storyline and the characters! I’m sad we won’t see a sequel.
