Look at this absolute DIVA

Really makes me reconsider the things I read and watch. Time to add some objective, informational and science-based programmes to cleanse the mental palate. Whenever I have the spoons for it, of course.

Realising that I'm extra vulnerable of being influenced because my illness isolates me from other people. Not having contact with collegues, people from sport or clubs and reduced contact with friends and family means the majority of the opinions I am exposed to are from people online.

It's been a while! The holidays caused a substantial crash and my disabilty assesment happened just as I was crawling out of the hole. Missed this place and I hope to do some painting soon!
