One of my previous theories was that this was Rose from Pete's World, who had traded places with Fifteen when he'd taken himself out of the universe to save Poppy... this is the same theory but with a different universe, and a different victim. I'm not far off. This was the theory I had on TikTok.

With the arrival of this, I've decided to hold back on reading it. Apparently, the framing device sets it after both #DoctorWho 'The Legend of Ruby Sunday' and 'Tales of the TARDIS: Pyramids of Mars', with them having just done the latter. It also leads into 'Empire of Death' so worth waiting (1/2)

If we're counting extended media, then the Ninth Doctor "Cyber Scout" variant for sure. The fact Big Finish made him lonely was heartbreaking. If we're talking just TV, then the Cyber-Warriors. Pointy shoulders aside, I love how they're an amalgamation how different eras.

If he is Harvey Dent, then the Matt Reeves Batman universe just got an amazing addition in Sebastian Stan. I really need to rewatch The Batman. I haven't watched The Penguin series yet. #DC #TheBatmanPart2
