I really liked the new bus stops in Bogotá. They have screens with real-time information about routes and frequencies. I just hope the information provided will be more accurate 🙄, but at least it’s a great first step.
We visited a recycling facility in Canton Zug, and I was amazed by how much you have to pay and the process involved in disposing of your rubbish! I think that’s fantastic. It really makes you think about all the unnecessary things we consume and how to get rid of them responsibly. ♻️
Visited Zug (🇨🇭) today. The main train station amazed me. Services every 2-5 minutes to Swiss and Italy destinations. Almost no parking spots but plenty of space for bikes. All in a city of just 30,000 people!
Hegendorn (Zug,🇨🇭), a small town with fewer than 900 inhabitants, has bus services to the main rail station every 10 minutes during peak hours on weekdays and every 20 minutes on Sundays and holidays. North American cities, please take note.
I’m a fan of visiting every grocery store in every city I go to, even more so if I get there by bike 🚲
Well, this isn’t the case everywhere, like in Colombia, where the out of control growth of motorcycles has become a major problem, leading to an increase in road fatalities and making roads and sidewalks unsafe for pedestrians and cyclists. 🤔
