There were events in Aberdeen, Brookings, Pierre, Mitchell, Sioux Falls, and Rapid that I knew of. May have been more. Just saying Watertown was one of many, even in a red state.

Watertown SD. Estimated turnout of about 150 people. Covington County Democrats got 110 people to sign in, but there were more than that. And some of us couldn’t stay for the whole thing. My picture doesn’t show the size of the crowd but I didn’t want anyone’s faces showing.

I was a member of a couple South Dakota bird watching groups. People have been seeing piles of dead birds for a while- this isn’t new. I don’t know what this information is worth and not trying to politicize it, just pointing out that it’s been ramping up for a while.
