I only had 1 day off this past weekend (my birthday) so I didn’t have any time at all to isolate and recharge and I’m just spent before my shift even starts. When this happens I go through an emotional gauntlet. Sadness, despair, anger, acceptance, apathy, etc I wish my brain could handle it better
