Today I drove for the first time in 6 months. I thought it would be scary, after everything, but it felt just like normal (with the exception of some peripheral processing issues). It's a nice landmark for recovery and makes me feel excited about getting back to normal.

Then you absolutely NAILED the representation. Well done. I love your sketches. They're always so creative.

I love that it looks almost like a candelabra. Reminds me of the prayer candles you light at altars, except turned into a weapon.

I've been watching MasterChef for the first time (yes, yes, I know) from the very beginning.

I can't imagine that the visceral dislike I have of Max in S2 is all edits. They are building up an absolute thrill for when he gets kicked.

PREACH PREACH PREACH PREACH PREACH

As someone who sees the production cost versus the sales costs of medications, the level of profit in cheap, life-saving therapies (looking at you, insulin) is inhumane.

Casper is supervising dress making today. Putting it through quality control testing. Are the skirts fluffy enough? TBD.

I vote a stuffed animal of some kind. Not that my opinion matters at all as a stranger on the Internet, but wouldn't it make such a cute dragon or octopus or something? It looks so soft!

Spring came and left early. How long must I suffer summer before fall returns?

Dear preachers

Holding people captive in their grief and in their respect for surviving family in order to proselytize at a funeral is deeply selfish and hurtful.

You remove all focus from the lost loved one onto yourself. It is done for your arrogance and pride.

You should be ashamed.

E.K.

And immediately got 7 spam messages and one person who keeps contacting me, asking for remote access to my computer after blocking them multiple times. Anyone know if this is typical on #Fiverr?

Very cool! They're coming out fantastically. I've seen some cool things where people make their own designs using grid paper too.

Are you making your own templates? This is so cool!

I'd want to read anything that quoted this.

I hope everyone is saving their favorite political memes, cartoons, rally videos, etc. That way, when this inevitably becomes "history," it doesn't get white washed and sanitized. Keep the visceral, horrific truth in history. Don't let anyone forget.

Help historians unbury the crap that's hidden.

... doesn't actually get votes. And it has to happen at all levels. Federal is great and all. But state, county, and city legislature has to be aligned as well. There will always be hateful mfers who want to keep other humans oppressed or push their personal agendas. We all have to shut them out.

The only edit I have is not just Democrats. Everyone. Everyone has to be on board with fixing this horrendous mess or we'll inevitably end up back here when another person who from any party pulls shit like this again. We've proven more than once that political acumen and intent to help Americans...

Anxiously waiting for Monday so I can get discount chocolate. I basically only celebrate holidays late for this reason.

I just recently bought the first one! It's on my shelf to start after I finish my research paper. I've heard of the second by haven't purchased it yet. They're both a part of a larger list i saw a while back related to preventing the erasure of real history.

I went to primary school in Louisiana and Florida.

I think we can safely assume that I'm only learning actual history as an independent adult.

I've never heard of this, though so I'm excited to look it up. Thank you for sharing!

I could have been more accurate about the 14th Amendment time frame, though. White people have been/are terrible to anyone and everyone they could be in the name of power and control. It's the responsibility of white people who are benefitting from the system to destroy it from the inside.

Oh, I know (not the details of the history - thank you for that - but the inhumane push). It's not news to me. The "so what" wasn't a "who cares" comment. It was a "are we really surprised that they're pulling this shit" comment.

Also, I'm adopting "ocher abomination." It's the whole damn cabinet.

So what, we're arguing for proof of multiple generations of Germa-- I mean American-- lineage now? It's freaking outrageous to say, but if you're born in this country, you're automatically a citizen of this country. Jus soli is literally in the Constitution.

Did you see how fast those miles were counting down? There's something about that speed that's mildly horrifying.

I think the starry background is most eye catching and satisfyingly cohesive with the background of the original book. But i do like the color contrast of the blue background as well.

Working on a done-when-it's-done-length story about a person being stalked by an amorphous creature that slowly steals their memories and sanity.

I think I'm going to call it "There is Nothing in the Walls."

It feels like it's part autobiography.
