I've been playing a dumb phone puzzle game from San-X in Japan called Sumisumi for... A long time. When they do planned server maintenance it's always 9 PM ET.

Also Nate Bargatze has a "Mr. Mom"-style movie coming out and we just need more theatrical comedies and that looks fun too.

This was exactly what S1 Bridgerton fans wanted to see Regé-Jean Page in next. Halle Bailey was very cute and relatable. Tuscany was gorgeous. Food and wine were well utilized macguffins. Trading kissing in the rain for a vineyard sprinkler system was inspired.

The trailer for "You, Me & Tuscany" hooked me with a Janet Jackson song. I won't pretend that's not a key to my heart. Once MB* told me he heard good things about that movie I was like yes let's go.

I finally saw "Ticket to Paradise" on a plane last year and I was delighted. But Julia Roberts + George Clooney + Bali = Spectacle isn't necessarily a formula for other film successes. Yeah, you can change the scenic location to something else but what about hiring younger, less established actors?

When "Ticket to Paradise" came out a few years ago the promo was like, "Romcoms are back baybee" even though the film in question starred a pair of veteran actors. And we didn't have other romcoms on the docket.
