ahhhh normally it’s be fine but i had to wake up SO early and i really needed to be asleep much sooner than i ended up sleeping 😭

and i ended up taking them wayyyy too late (because i kept forgetting) and i had to be awake at like 6:30 this morning so me not being able to fall asleep until 2 was… not ideal 😌

everything you said is so real 😭 i’m gonna be so real i’ve had the same bottles of xr and regular pills since uhhhhh august 😀 bc i keep forgetting to take them but yesterday i had SUCH a busy day and grad school is kicking my ass so i was like time to actually use the resources i need

so turns out when my dr said don’t take your adhd meds after 10 am bc you won’t be able to fall asleep… she really meant it 😌 who would have thought 🤭

dan and phil.... are such. good. COWORKERS....

i did! totally fine like had some initial discomfort but then didn’t even feel anything. i did have a wonderful older nurse practitioner who was asking me questions about work/life/hobbies and she was so so lovely so that helped!
