I bent down to talk to a guy tonight. Like bent at the knees. Didn’t even realize until I straightened out. A full grown man. I’m short! Never again.

This year though, five minutes after resuming work for the year, my plans/schedule got turned around to where I could not take the day or week off.

I really tried to be okay with the idea, I really did. Monday morning, the week of, I said “fuck that” and sent the vacation request.

It occasionally falls on a public holiday and on the years it doesn’t, taking the time off is a no brainer.

I find the idea of working on my birthday to be offensive. If I can, I take the week off

That wasn’t even all. I had to get some shots in my scalp on Friday and for the last two days my scalp has been crazy sensitive and achy. Couple that with the migraine and it was a lot yesterday. I wanted to just take my head off and lay it on the table to chill for a bit.

That period cramp x migraine combo nearly took me out yesterday. I feel so drained this morning.
