It just barely doesn't make my most recent four but I HAVE to mention that I recently saw Losing Ground and loved it. The first feature by a Black woman and it should have been influential. Can't recommend enough.

Recently revisited Little Miss Sunshine, watched The Substance a couple years late (not that into it), Where Is the Friend's House? (my favorite on this list), and Millennium Mambo.

One day I'll understand and commit to memory the labeling system here 🤦‍♀️
