What happened to this guy?

I bet he can't wait to tell the others what happened🐧
I think being voted leader of the ruling Conservative Party and therefore, being Prime Minister of the UK qualifies as catching a break.
That she quickly squandered this opportunity (and all its associated advantages) is something akin to incompetence and nothing to do with luck.

I love this time of year. The days get brighter, warmer and longer. It’s 7.40 pm and the sun’s still here; brill 👍
Oh my god. Where has that come from? Complete jubiliation in the Villa away end.
#AVFC and McGinn get down PSG's sides, with Tielemans somehow finding himself down the byline and squaring for Rogers to tap in at the back post. That one moment, eh.... 1-0 Villa
GOAL: Morgan Rogers! Villa take the lead in Paris. Excellent counter-attack from Villa, with Youri Tielemans finding Rogers at the far post.
PSG 0-1 #AVFC
Unless Aston Villa and Real Madrid can overturn 2 and 3 goal deficits, there will be a semi-final between Arsenal and PSG - the two clubs left in the tournament who have never won the European Cup/Champions League.
Not so fast.
We’ve still got next week. UTV!
If anybody can turn this around, it’s our Unai.🌟
I have total faith in his ability to analyse the first leg, reorganise the squad and plan the second match to make their visit to Villa Park far more challenging than the media have predicted, so far.
And our Emi Martinez…is World Number 1 🌟🎶
It makes me wonder why it evolved with its massive lower jaw, and why black, unless it’s usually deeper or in shadows? It looks terrifying!
😈 A rare sight with an ominous name— a black seadevil anglerfish was recently spotted off the coast of Tenerife. Ben Frable (@frable.bsky.social), manager of the Scripps Oceanography Marine Vertebrate Collection, shared more about this cool creature for @nytimes.com. ⬇️
Hopefully our new arrivals at The Mighty Villa will help to improve this stat pdq. 👍🚀
Picture of Girl and Small Boy (Burij, Gaza, 2014) Marjorie Lotfi I would like to tell her not to wear such flimsy shoes, that rubble contains the whole spectrum of knowable and unknowable dangers: sheets of metal ripped to knife edge, live wires, bloated arms reaching for light. Her hair, scraped back into a ponytail, is open to sky; remnants of buildings filter down one concrete chunk at a time, and the midday bells of rockets ring out above her. She carries a boy on her still narrow hips, his legs entwined around her yellow dungarees. Like a rodeo rider, his left arm grips her shoulder to steady himself, or her, while his torso reels back and away; his body is asking to slow down, to turn back. Instead, her eyes comb the ground for a next step, fingers of her free hand curled into a claw, as if to frighten off what she somehow sees ahead.

The photograph that inspired Marjorie Lotfi’s poem, “Picture of Girl and Small Boy (Burij, Gaza, 2014)”. The poem describes the image: I would like to tell her not to wear such flimsy shoes, that rubble contains the whole spectrum of knowable and unknowable dangers: sheets of metal ripped to knife edge, live wires, bloated arms reaching for light.
“ Lotfi is a quiet and faithful witness. There is no self-indulgent introspection. She insists on seeing what she sees.”
—Carol Rumens on Marjorie Lotfi’s precisely observed picture of two young children caught up in a war zone

Crime / detective drama, historical murders and scifi are obviously reflective of all middle class everyday life in the UK.
Now these are all things Labour could plan to change, but they're not structural issue with media industry but with the way society has changed since last century.
god grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and just like a little bit of telekinesis
My daughter was one of almost 400 tuba players gathered at the Kauffman Center for A Tuba Christmas.
It was beautiful.
She then shouted, “I’m Castor Troy!”

Really enjoyed that tonight! Much more like the Villa we’re used to seeing!
3-1 victory but could have been much more! Plenty of opportunities to really bury the game but I’ll take the 3 points and on to Southampton at Villa Park on Saturday!
UP THE VILLA
Villa win 3-1!
Great result 😃🙌🌟

Thank you for navigating this discussion on here. Your clear and empathetic breakdown of points made by all the speakers has been very helpful, even as I watched it on TV.
There are no cheers. No noise. Silence. I've never seen a victory like it before in my life. This sense of growing recognition and moral responsibility.
Labour MP Lizzi Collinge: "We've heard the term Rubicon. There seems to be the idea that this is a completely new kind of decision... in medical practice. But actually, patients, doctors and high court judges are already making life or death decisions every day."
