I used to be a devoted reader of our local paper, The River Press. The editor is brilliant & produces a stellar paper. Unfortunately, we are in the middle of MAGA country & she's forced to give them quite a bit of space or lose the majority of her subscribers. For mental health, I just can't look.

After a short stint in western Montana in the middle of the Rockies, I realized I am a central Montana forever flatlander. That second storm dropped an enormous amount of damaging hail on our neighbors.

I'm approaching 60 and decided to go natural. I deeply regret covering my gray for years and spending thousands of dollars doing it because it looks amazing! Also, maybe when people see my silver hair they'll lower their expectations a little and I'm good with that.
