The Justice Manual: This document dictates that "legal judgments" must be "impartial and insulated from political influence."

If you had a better understanding of history you'd understand why Presidents don't interfere in DOJ investigations. I certainly can be wrong, but when I'm not, I'm not.

Post-Watergate Tradition: Following President Nixon's misuse of the FBI and DOJ, a custom developed to restrict contact between the White House and Justice Department regarding active cases.

Trump has broken this policy and we see weekly why it should be followed.

Down 6 percentage points is a big deficit in a 9-man race. Maybe you will figure it out, the people are not going to vote for people without government experience. She was a podcaster. Moderates are winning the tough seats. Maybe Bernie will dust off his hat & come begging for DNC money AGAIN at 89.

The DC election interference, GA election fraud & NY hush money were put on hold. The NY case got a conviction but the sentence was put on hold. Cannon dismissed the FL documents case). SCOTUS ruled states couldn't prevent him from running. But yeah, it's all Biden's fault...

If you mean the 2nd impeachment, the Senate was 50/50 but couldn't get the 67 needed to remove him from office. The final vote was 57/43. If you are speaking of the 4 federal cases, POTUS' don't prosecute people. The DOJ (Garland) drug their feet assigning Smith to investigate Trump.

You sure are twisting yourself into a pretzel denigrating Harris. This wasn't well known at the time & it was Brown who was sued over the state's failure to comply with the SCOTUS' mandated reduction in prison populations. Your argument boils down to the State refused to release prisoners early.

Being a prosecutor means the person is involved in the process of advocating for the state and convincing the judge to rule in the state's favor. The person must know the law and be able to defend their position. It is all part of the process. Presidents sign off or veto laws.

If that isn't the most flawed argument I've ever seen. A lawyer who attained state prosecutor who adjudicates the law, State AG who must upholds the law, a U.S. Senator who makes the laws & VP 2nd in line to the POTUS, 30+ yr isn't a "lifetime" life experience that prepared her to be President? WOW!

I guess my memory isn't as good. She dropped out in Dec '19. I thought she was on the ballot in SC & IA. She did participate in the presidential debates. I remember now, she dropped out and voted for Klobuchar. Biden chose Harris. Biden did a better job as a corpse than Trump on his best day, ever.

That's not Biden nor the CDC's fault. People like Rogan, RFK jr, & Mercola were inciting people to forego vaccines in 2020. And then add in the ivermectin/hydroxychloroquine "miracle" cures. No, by Mid 2021 Covid deaths were 99% from individuals who were unvaccinated, complaining about mandates.

Covid - Trump was President (May 2020) Afghanistan (Feb 2020) release 5K Taliban, closed 12 of 13 air bases making the only escape from 1 air base. The CTC act Biden signed the Working Families Disaster Tax Relief Act to circumvent your so called disaster. Who did you vote for in the 2024 primary?

June 20-27 (Camp David): Prepare for June 27 debate.

He did more than just travel abroad, he did a lot of traveling across country when he got back, name one thing he did that was a complete fuck up doing his job. No one could meet your standards. Just who should have replaced him?

So cut off your nose to spite your face? Punish her? How is that not punishing us? She was nominated & elected by the electors at the convention. Those are the rules/bylaws of the Party. Just what did you want? Throw out votes & another primary? Nominate your candidate? Sounds like sour grapes to me

On a poor debate performance after returning from 2 overseas trips, all while running the country? It's not like he's falling asleep in meetings after being up all night threatening to exterminate a country. What I never forgot was the fucked up job Trump did from 2016-2020. That's the perspective.

First elected in 2003; DA San Francisco (2004โ€“2011): Elected in 2003; AG CA (2011โ€“2017): Elected in 2010; U.S. Senator CA (2017โ€“2021): Elected in 2016; U.S. VP (2021โ€“2025): Elected in 2020

That's two wins (primary/general) for every election/re-election won over 22 years. She lost only one general.

Your arguing Trump is doing a better job than Biden? We'd love his economy. There was nothing wrong with Biden, his policies, or his decisions. The only failures made were by the people who put Trump back in power, voting for him, voting 3rd party, or sitting out. These voters were the fuck ups.

The Met Gala was created in 1948 to fund the Costume Institute to support the preservation of over 33,000 objects representing seven centuries of fashion. Maybe all these naysayers should be demanding we watch "Naked and Afraid?" There's your obscenity.

You argued candidates can't win because they need millions of dollars to win, yet Harris spent $1B and she didn't win. That's the very definition of a strawman argument.

She wasn't the worst candidate. I voted for her. You? Also, name one "collaborator."

She did not deny the genocide, and held for protection of Palestinian nationals. I guess Gaza learned its lesson, didn't they.

Harris spent over a $Billion in campaign dollars for Media ads. Why didn't she win? I think she was definitely better than Trump, yet you argue she was the worst candidate? Do you really believe Trump won because he dumped more money into his campaign? And Epstein Associate Billionaire parties? WTF?

Do you actually know what the post mortem said? How do you know what Ken Martin is hiding? Maybe it's not what you think. People were mad about Biden, either not running or not bowing out until it was too late. Is that Harris' fault. Gaza? There are a number of reasons that were out of her control.

That's a strawman argument. She was also on the ballot, AND you discount all of her wins while as State prosecutor, AG, and U.S. Senator. You just nullified 25 years of election wins to make your argument.

Tomorrow, Iโ€™ll post a reminder to the GOP about book bans and censorship :-)}
