It doesn't mean the bank can't do it, but banks and paypros have a very public history of blaming entities higher up the chain for their decisions. It's a positive move

Yesterday, we said goodbye to our little rescue Bucky, the long-haired teddy bear hamster. We nicknamed him "Capt Bucky Rogers" as a way to welcome him into our family as well as to add some dignity to an obvious pet name.
