I am disabled. There is a guy in a cool lil scooter who drives around our town who can only get to 30km. We all know him and have to be patient to get around him.So that won’t work here. But you still have to be careful. You can’t just walk out the door and expect the world to move around you.

If a person is blind and has a habit of walking into moving traffic then they need an intervention by family or friends. Are there bad drivers? Yes. Are there irresponsible pedestrians? Yes. Everyone should take care to keep them selves and others safe by being aware of their surroundings.

I mentioned jaywalking.We have a busy town centre.The amount of adults who walk out into traffic from behind a car with their eyes on their phone is ridiculous. The crosswalks are there for a reason. We have laws for pedestrians and they can be at fault for accidents. They can get tickets too.

If they aren’t white, and it can’t be twisted somehow into a woke narrative then they don’t care.
