Having worked on Mount Laurel challenges for almost a year, I TRULY appreciate why people hate lawyers even as Ive now been programmed to look at everything like a lawyer.

I want Alon to be right, but alas, based on the enthusiasm, fundraising, and polls, I fear the dude with the Nazi tattoo will win.

Instant classic of the genre.

Oh my gosh. The contrast in scale.

I'm not sure I understand what you're saying, but if it's that Zionism is equivalent to genocide, then it's no wonder Jewish voters are beginning to vote Republican.

Some really concerning numbers for Dems in heavily Jewish municipalities in NJ-11.

Yeah winters in Albany are, well, a bit more manageable than it is to the north and west. I went to school south of Syracuse. I hated snow for a few years after that.

It really, really, really sucks for American soccer fans who are now priced out of gaining precious lifetime memories. Now it's a luxury good, so only the wealthiest will attend, many of whom couldn't care less about the game.

Cool redevelopment on the edge of Downtown Dayton. Dubbed the Water Street District, the mixed-use district is anchored by a minor league ballpark and the historic Delco Electronics complex since converted to multifamily and mixed-use developments.

I'm a big fan of Dayton. Now on my list of underrated cities.

Stephen clearly knows the difference between the terms as you define them. Responding with insults and general rudeness to someone with a well-regarded reputation for writing about planning in New York does not reflect well on you. It's a little Trumpian in fact. I would delete the responses.

There's also a redevelopment on the eastern edge of downtown called the Water Street District and anchored by a minor league ballpark and the historic Delco Electronics complex, which has been converted to apartments.

And Dayton's inner ring is wonderful if cut by a couple of freeways. There are at least five healthy neighborhoods in the inner ring with a solid historic housing stock. The downtown has some gaps of vacant land but has a few great spaces and corridors....

Ah indeed? I walked right past Stivers. And I explored South Park but didn't take any pictures since I was conserving the power of my battery. It's really nice as well.
