But, I did just finish this land raider redeemer for my salamanders a couple of days ago, so there's that?😄👍

I think I'm honestly just completely 50/50 on that one...I have actually really grown to like the more large block modular format of units with complete freedom of upgrades...but, I have also always loved the more granular small upgrades format of list-building.
...minor pros and cons to both tbh.🤷‍♂️

So, back in 8th edition days Forge World did stats for the Ork Kill Tank. So I thought, eff it, I'll make one of those from a BIIGGG toy tank that was £2.50 in the post-Christmas sale in B&M or Home Bargains or somewhere like that (pics in thread...)

Exceedingly important discovery: Ikea Kallax shelves are exactly two LEGO studs wide. A simple bracket shape like this will stay in place without any support.

Let's start with the straight ally Space Marine. That one was a real challenge in term of composition, but I really love the end result

Ok, that does actually sound pretty great...and all this time I've only been annoyed that it was set in the heresy, because it meant I didn't get to paint a bunch of tiny ork stompas and whatnot...now I have more reasons to be annoyed about it!😛
