You do NOT have to do everything on this list but adding one or two to your routine can make a difference.

If you’re like me your health was not the center of attention during the weekend 🤣 take time to rehydrate, take a soak in the tub, or even go for a stroll

Take extra breaks. Trust me you’re gonna need a breather. Even if it’s 5 minutes to do a meditation 🧘🏾‍♀️ or a 15 minute extra break if you’re allowed. Just take it easy on yourself and don’t let outside influence change that.

At some point during your Monday incorporate a workout class whether it be from YouTube or you have some time at the end of your day to attend a class. In combination with everything else it keeps the positivity going.

Make Mondays different then what the rest of your days look like. Start a little earlier with enough time to grab a special breakfast or have it delivered to the house before you start your day.

Make a playlist. I’m telling you right now you’re gonna need music on Monday to get you through the day… and who doesn’t love music?

I plan ahead! I use Sunday to prepare for the week. Lay out your clothes, meal prep, or create a to-do list
