California Attorney General Rob Bonta tells @macfarlanenews.bsky.social the proposed merger between Paramount Global and Warner Bros. is under active investigation—and “not a done deal.”
Bonta says there are “red flags everywhere.”
The state will decide within a few weeks if it will sue.
I'm not gonna panic or doom posting or fear mongering just because of a shareholders vote the merger can still be stop and most likely to be Trump-proofed to ensure it. Don't underestimate the State AGs or intl. markets to do what's necessary to get the PSKY-WBD deal stopped,It's not a done deal.

Funny did the Ellisons try that same tactic to sabotage the deal they had with WB and David Ellison couldn't take NO for an answer I wouldn't be surprised since the evidence comes back to Paramount & him.
