I consistently forget about this app and I think it’s because it’s built on my SKTS phase… which I have unfortunately been unable to get into lately. It doesn’t feel like kpop fandom has really taken off here yet.

I try to write from a place of emotion. I tend to focus on a characters soul and not their action. I want my work to evoke feeling.

8.) I actually won’t even open a doc unless I already know the title. All my titles are meant to be clever and connected to the story I want to tell. Fool Me Once is a really good example. A story about who we blame when we repeat mistakes and how we learn and grow but it isn’t linear.

7.) if we mean like an archetype then I’d say an antihero to their own story. I do prefer writing morally and emotionally complex characters.

I usually build my works around a single scene so it can be anything really. If you mean motivation though- it’s engagement. I love interacting w/ people thru my work

1.) when it comes to fanfic I think I prefer contemporary as a genre. I’m comfortable with it. If I say what I’m most interested in trying though- I’d say paranormal/fantasy. I want to write something more plot driven.

I’m right there with you. The enjoyers seem to have really strong opinions about dynamics and I just follow the vibes. I feel like it’s just as much the shift in attitude in fandom as it is the site basically going up in flames. It’s so disappointing. It’s also why I’m glad this app is still so peaceful. It won’t last forever but it’s nice for now.
