Mark for myself to check in the future: the Fig. 4 H3K27me3 HFFc6 example is very worrying. Is this a failed experiment? Do the millions of peaks by LANCEOTRON, GOPEAKS and SEACR look real? Do they satisfy the eye test on a genome browser track?
