Real-talk, I fucking haaaated this time period of gaming when gaming websites were SO quick to shit on RPGs of the time, despite a bunch of them still being pretty good (Bravely Default is still an all-timer, imo).

This era felt lowkey racist regarding RPGs of the time. Glad these mooks were wrong.
