What has happened to the 19.29 and 19.30 RUs? Many of you mailed us asking why AutoUpgrade does not download 19.29 or 19.30 RUs anymore. There is a MOS Note "Incorrect OCINumberFromReal Conversion (Doc ID 2978992.1)" indicating the issue. I'll check that.

Thanks a lot. That matches my case. I copied the data using CTAS, same behaviour. When I updated the value using round, the value gets "fixed".
