misjudged the status of the potatoes so i have to wait for them to get softer before making the mashed
the beef mixture is done and its delicious <3 (i added the basic seasonings plus garlic/onion/thyme/basil/rosemary)

added spinach to the beef <3 my aunt did kale but i only have spinach on hand
plus canned corn and then canned carrots and green beans which i cut up into smaller bits
no peas so thats why i did the beans instead

looking at recipe to tell me when to do certain things/how to do certain things (boiling potatoes) and then going off my memory of the 1 other time i made it with a recipe plus when I helped my aunt make it without a recipe
