WOW!
Black Flag has a female singer—and she actually slays, giving Henry Rollins a run for his money.
I was debating whether to see them in Vancouver since they're coming in a couple weeks. But now that I've seen her performance, I think I'll buy the ticket.

Pokémon is way out of hand.
Lots of violence.
Here in Vancouver, it’s attracting organized crime too.
No, I’m not joking.

Angine de Poitrine is clearly the breakout artist of 2026.
And they’ve had a halo effect on Québec’s music scene.
I haven’t seen this much excitement over Québec music since the 2000s when Montreal was the epicentre of rock music.
In Saskatchewan, if you drink booze and watch strippers—you also have to help out puppies.

Jolina Gisèle, the woman who owns the most valuable Pokémon collection, actually made a short film about it.
And it's the most bizarre thing I've ever seen.
It is *amazing* that these people exist!

Stop what you're doing and visit this website—because it's the most over-the-top thing you will see today.
And I assure you this is absolutely real.

My kid is absolutely devastated.
She learned about Nintendo's lawsuit against Palworld, and stayed up incredibly late last night loudly shouting about it.
For the past day, I've had to re-assure her that it's okay to like Nintendo. And that not everybody who works at Nintendo is a terrible person.
Really sucks when you hear amazing music that touches you personally, but it's so god damn obscure that no one except me knows anything about it.
And what I do know is just so God damn little that it might as well be nothing.
Who is Chloe Chan? She's vanished.

New sport idea:
It’s MMA, but the winner gets the right to scalp Pokémon cards on Facebook Marketplace.
I’m sick and tired of all these Subaru ads that follow me everywhere on the Internet.
Okay, the cars are interesting.
But I don’t own a dog, I’m not going camping, and I don’t even know what Provincetown has to do with anything.
Why does Belgium have so many good songs?
What the hell is in their water?
“Le Banana Split” is such a bop.

These women just invented a new musical instrument: the electric triangle.
And then, for added chaos, they plugged in some guitar pedals.

I'm watching ESPN 8 The Ocho, and there's this wild variation on soccer that's played with *three* teams at the same time, five on each side.
It's called OmegaBall, and it's played on a circular pitch with three nets.

I have no idea who this is, but so much is going in this music video that I can't even handle it.
Preview pic implied some sort of weird J-pop affair.
But nope. Indie pop jam with a girl who out-weirds J-pop by quite a large margin.

This is a reminder to call up Yamaha, Mitsubishi, and Nintendo to let them know their salarymen need a vacation.
They deserve a trip to Hawaii.

Karen, the video game, is coming!
This is a beat-'em-up where you're a rampaging middle-aged Karen (with the mandatory haircut), wreaking havoc through a mall, putting the hurt on all who cross her.
And I find this game highly appealing.

MacBook Neo launch video is impressive.
Certainly, my MacBook Air is better. But it cost me twice as much. Most people don't need a Mac as powerful as mine.
Isn't it nice that "Get an iPad" is no longer the go-to phrase for people wanting an affordable MacBook?

A close-up photo of a gray Nintendo Game Boy cartridge held in a person’s left hand against a light-colored wall. The label shows the classic “TETRIS” title in large red letters over a blue space-like background with falling block pieces. The cartridge has “Nintendo GAME BOY” embossed at the top and a small “Official Game Boy” seal on the right side of the label.
Well, this sucks!
My Tetris cartridge—the first Nintendo game I ever owned—has a crack at the bottom. Which means it’s now unplayable.
When I was nine-years-old, this was my life.
There is nothing good about war.
Not a single thing.
Phil Spencer just retired from Xbox!
Announced on a Friday so you know Microsoft wants to bury this information!
But apparently, a complete re-org is happening so who the hell knows what’s happening next.
I keep saying that robots will be peddled as the “next big thing” after AI runs its course.
And after China’s kung fu robot demonstration, it looks like I’ll be right.
More money’s going to be pumped into robots because if there’s one thing USA can’t stand, it’s China beating them in technology.
My conspiracy theory is that conspiracy theories are psy-ops to distract us from actual conspiracies.
Speaking of which, Trump is releasing Pentagon files on UFOs and aliens.
Hmmm… I wonder what he’s trying to distract us from?

Richard III on VHS.
Always wa ted to see this movie. Bought it for $1 at a local thrift store.
All I know is that it’s Ian McKellen’s breakout role. And it’s basically Shakespeare set in the 1930s—lots of Fascist overtones.
Rayman 2: The Great Escape.
One of the best 3D platformers ever made. An incredible PC classic.
I also own it on GOG. But I’ve owned this copy for a long time. Thankfully, I have a Windows XP laptop to play this on.
What if fake conspiracy theories were seeded onto 4chan in order to make an actual real conspiracy seem unremarkable?
What if that conspiracy involved political and corporate elites flying by to an island to do terrible, reprehensible things?
The more I read about Jeffrey Epstein, the more I get the feeling he wasn’t a real upstanding guy.
Folks, I’ve just located Heaven!
I’m at an actual 80s arcade. Actual real cabinets—not PCs running emulators. CRTs, not LCDs.
I can’t believe my eyes!
Americans always ask, “Why is the world obsessed with us?”
No, no—why is USA obsessed with *us*?
We’re just minding our business. And you’re here acting like a Karen.
I was right.
“Alberta Independence” is an American psy-ops campaign.
The Trump administration continues to meet with Alberta separatists. What’s more the separatists are explicitly asking the U.S. to bankroll them.

My mom used to be pro-Trump.
Today, I showed her that video of ICE shooting that man in Minneapolis. I showed her so she would see for herself exactly what happened.
She watched with absolute horror and disgust.
And for the first time ever, she called Trump a Nazi.
