If you smash a Dremora soldier’s legs with a warhammer, they will try to crawl away and collect workers’ comp.

xD But looking back on it, I think Ocarina had more gameplay substance that would appeal more to my tastes these days.
How about you? What gameplay styles speak most to you these days? :O

Pokemon was so much larger than Zelda in the cultural zeitgeist in the late 90s early 2000s. Me and so many other kids were obsessed! :D

A screenshot of The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion, of the player killing a large troll with a lightning spell flying out from their hand. The troll looks like a fanged, large, 3-eyed, green ape. The player's arm is wearing a black glove and a fine blue shirt. The scene is set on a dirt road in a forest.

Lokir of Rorikstead asks Rick Sanchez "what is my purpose?"

Rick says "you die to show the players why they can't escape the execution early".

Lokir says "no, this can't be happening. this isn't happening".

I love the new leveling system, but my main skill, Destruction, is already 100. While I have a separate issue with magic not really opening up fully until late game, by the time I'm thinking of starting a new character, there is something fun about the low-med lvl character running around.

My next playthrough of Oblivion Remastered will definitely be with a mod to slow down the leveling speed.
I'm playing a mage, and have done a handful of Oblivion gates, and I have 2 mages guild recommendation quests to go, all what I consider early-game for a playthrough, and I'm level 21 now.

A screenshot of The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion, of the player's game being paused by a pop-up window giving them a status update, with the only option being an acknowledgement button that says "Done". The scene behind the window is of an Argonian woman (humanoid lizard person) standing on part of a structure from some Ayleid (ancient elvish) ruins made of white stone, with a set of spiral stairs going downward behind her. The ruins are in a forest with tall trees stretching out into the background, as well as some mountains in the far distance. The pop-up window is blocking all of the woman's torso, insinuating that it is censoring her and that she isn't wearing any clothing. Her scales are a mix of orange, brown, and green. She has a crown of decorative spikes on her head with decorative fabric draping down the sides of her head, hanging off of the spikes.

My brain definitely sees it more as James Rofle after reading what he's supposed to be, though. You got the look just right. :)

At a glance, I thought that was supposed to be Hank and Bobby Hill. xD

I tend to mostly bounce between well-rounded fighters (Swords and shields, some bows and arrows), mages, or battle mages in most games. I've never really liked rogue classes. :(
I remember picking dragon knight YEARS ago because it sounded like a general fighter build. Any other recommendations?

Also, I found out about the appearance reset token, and the kits with all of the body markings and hairstyles. I opted to just do the character appearance token thing and made my Argonian look way cooler than he did before. :>
I just wish it didn't cost $15. Gonna try not to spend anymore on ESO.

I think it's important to remember that while Valve are the least consumer hostile of the big videogame publisher/distributors, Gabe Newell is rich enough that he has preferences for certain kinds of yachts
