Your problem framing is sabotaging your strategy Skipping to designing the solution before you have adequately designed the problem is not speeding you up, but slowing you down.

Executives don’t want to just sell juice. They want to empower you with an agentic, customizable, and seamless juice experience.

But no one has stopped to think about what any of that actually means, so the product becomes shit.

Before designing a "solution," you need to design the problem.
