In this picture Imp is being forced to swallow boba-like balls through a tube that's attached straight to his mask. The effect of those balls is quickly scene with his belly quickly growing in size and fattening.

I had a dream where a big buff guy hunted me down and strapped mask on my face, with a hose feeding me fattening candy.
The hose acts as a leash aswell, and he was gonna drag me around for everyone to see!
