Our recent analysis highlighted the importance of capacity for management and quality assurance - biodiversity intactness within England's protected areas (incl. National Landscapes) was just 32% in 2020...!

If we are to protect nature for 30by30 and beyond, proper prioritisation is essential.

#COP16 biodiversity summit ended a week before #COP29 climate summit, although you'd be forgiven for forgetting that as it's barely been mentioned here in Baku

The UK Biodiversity Alliance is a partnership of three of the UK’s leading nature organisations - Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew; Zoological Society of London; and the Natural History Museum - to chart a science-led path to local solutions and global policy change.
